Trailerzone.net (“the Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. As the operator of this website, we’re committed to adhering to copyright law and facilitating the removal of infringing content. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we’ll respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.
Our Commitment to Copyright
Trailerzone.net primarily features embedded movie trailers from platforms like YouTube, along with original commentary and analysis. While we strive to ensure our use of embedded content falls within principles of fair use, particularly for commentary and criticism, we recognize and respect the intellectual property rights of the original content creators (e.g., film studios, distributors). We don’t host or re-upload copyrighted video content directly on our servers; all video content is embedded from third-party platforms.
Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you’re a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content displayed or linked on Trailerzone.net infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s) on trailerzone.net where the infringing content is displayed, and if possible, the original source URL on YouTube).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address. For verification purposes, we strongly encourage that the email address provided originates from the official domain of the copyright owner or their authorized legal representative.
